To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, our Cyberstrike games are designed with young adults in mind and may pose challenges for those under 7 years old. Therefore, we require a paid adult to accompany children aged 7 and younger during gameplay (excluding school groups). Please note that the paid adult counts towards the team limit of 2-5 players. If your group exceeds this limit, kindly divide into smaller groups, with an additional adult required in each group.
For children aged 7-13, an adult must remain present at the facility throughout the entire gaming session.

Use of lockers are part of package at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing – however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.
For your safety and comfort, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear such as flat shoes or trainers. Open-toed shoes and heels are not permitted. Additionally, it’s advisable to dress in lightweight, single-layer clothing as you may become warm while engaging in activities within the venue
To play, you need at least two people. Games are played in groups of two to six people. If you have seven or more people, you can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time while in the gaming area.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply contact us. Once confirm with your booking information, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.
No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your game room by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!
