All Products and Services sold through this website (collectively referred as “Cyberstrike”) shall be subjected to the terms and conditions in this RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY (herein after referred as “Policy”).
PURCHASE CANCELLATION
Any purchases from our website (tickets or vouchers) will not be refunded. Please ensure that your purchase and the details of your purchases are accurate. Any requested full refund after the transaction will be charged 2% of the processing fee.
EXCHANGE OF TICKETS/VOUCHERS
Any requirements of exchanges of tickets and vouchers have to be contacted via help@thecyberstrike.com. Our office hours will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, unless stated otherwise.
